Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team at a manufacturing plant in the local area. The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing and managing plant operations to ensure efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain plant equipment and machinery
Monitor plant processes to ensure smooth operation
Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Keep accurate records of plant operations

Qualifications:

Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting machinery
Ability to dig, lift, and move heavy materials as required
Experience in commercial driving would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
